User accounts

When a person completes the sign up process, a user account is created. An email address may be used to identify one user account only. Each user account must be identified by an email address that is valid and exists at the time of signing up. Accounts may be closed at the discretion of 1click2cook where no subscription has been paid or the subscription has expired. 1click2cook reserves the right to restrict each person to one user account.

Subscriptions

After any free period, payment will be taken in advance on a monthly basis.

Cancellation of your subscription

During your free 1 month trial:

To cancel during your free 1 month trial, you must inform 1click2cook in writing (by email to info@1click2cook.com). You can cancel your subscription at any point during your free 1 month trial and your card will not be charged.

After your free 1 month trial:

To cancel your subscription and stop any further payments being taken you must inform 1click2cook in writing (by email to info@1click2cook.com) giving 30 days notice. Any payments due to come out within this 30 day notice period will still be charged.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on our subscriptions.
