User accounts

When a person completes the sign up process, a user account is created. An email address may be used to identify one user account only. Each user account must be identified by an email address that is valid and exists at the time of signing up. Accounts may be closed at the discretion of 1click2cook where no subscription has been paid or the subscription has expired. 1click2cook reserves the right to restrict each person to one user account.

Subscriptions

After any free period, payment will be taken in advance for either a 12 week or 52 week period.

Cancellation of your subscription

You will be contacted a few weeks before the end of the subscription period to remind you to renew and how to do this. If you do not wish to renew, then your subscription will lapse.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on our subscriptions.
